Substitute your negative sense for your positive sense. Here are the negative senses and positive substitutes:
The sense of fear.
The sense of nervousness.
The sense of rejection.
The sense of procrastination or reluctance.
The sense of justification/rationale.
The sense of self-doubt.
The sense of uncertainty.
The sense of doom.
The sense of 'I'm unlucky'.
The sense of confidence.
The sense of positive anticipation.
The sense of determination.
The sense of achievement.
The sense of winning.
The sense of success.
The sense of 'I'm certain'.
The sense of 'sunny day'.
The sense of good fortune.
In any given situation, where the chance is win or lose, succeed or not succeed, be accepted or be rejected, you must be able to recall every past success that you've ever had and dwell on that. Dwell on the fact that you can be a winner - because you have been a winner.
